The Maths Building was the fifth school building and was constructed in 1985. It is a single level brick/brick veneer with concrete foundation and was originally known as the Humanities Building. In 1988 alterations were made to the building to provide extra work area for Languages staff, accommodation for the Deputy Principal and the School Councillor. In 1991 fixed walls were installed in the building to assist soundproofing. After renovations in 1999 it became the Maths Building.
In 2016 further modification of the building included the removal of some of the fixed internal walls.
