The first Cedar hut for the Year 12 common room was built in 1997 by N. Shaw Builders – a Steel frame timber clad bearer and joist foundations. In 1998 two Cedar Huts were built for Year 12 classrooms.
In 2017 a lower cabin was set up as a Wellbeing Centre occupied by the Heads of House and has been used for other purposes over the years including Year 12 lockers, classrooms and the Dooral Leadership Centre.
