The Caretaker's Cottage is located at No. 37 Kenthurst Road - next to the main school entrance.
It is a single-level weatherboard and tile residential cottage purchased in 2002 Lot XDP393444. It was originally known as Bandieras House.
The building is known as the Caretaker's Residence with Neighbouring Structures at No. 37 Kenthurst Road after the school caretaker Mr Buddy Lum took up residence in 2003 until 2010. The Cottage has remained vacant and used as storage and office by School Campus. In 2010 the neighbouring dwelling (known as the Sewing Room) was reclad and used as storage.
In 2018 this building was demolished to make way for new development.
