On Thursday 25 May, sixteen students from Junior School represented Hills Grammar at the annual NSW da Vinci Decathlon, held at Knox Grammar School. A team of eight students from Year 5 and Year 6 participated across ten disciplines; English, Science, Code Breaking, Engineering Challenge, Ideation, Creative Producers, Art and Poetry, Cartography, General Knowledge. The concept of Power underpinned all of the challenges and activities for the day.
Our students were all impressive ambassadors for Hills Grammar, with the school values of respect and excellence clearly on display throughout the day. Both teams were enthusiastic and engaged, making the event a great success for all involved.
